Receptionist

Employer: St. Thomas Aquinas

Description: St. Thomas Aquinas is actively seeking a part time Receptionist to efficiently perform a variety of secretarial duties. This position is responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, telephone calls and messages, as well as a variety of clerical duties that support school’s functions

Requirements: Applicant must be mature, practicing Catholic. Requirements: AA degree preferred; Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills and previous experience preferred; ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information; good verbal and written communication skills; working knowledge of general office procedures, including secretarial techniques, accurate record keeping, filing and attention to detail; working knowledge of computer applications; ability to keep records well organized and accurate; ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and maintain accuracy of detail under pressure; ability to work independently, set schedules and prioritize tasks; and must demonstrate professionalism when interacting with people of varying backgrounds.
