Adult Ministry Coordinator
Employer: Padre Serra Parish Attn: Teresa Runyon
Description: Part-time coordinator to oversee adult formation, pastoral, outreach, and social ministries and opportunities.
Requirements: Any combination of experience and education likely to provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Preferably Bachelors or Masters Degree or 3-5 years experience in a Church/ministry leadership capacity. Knowledge of the principles, teachings, organization, functions and mission of the Roman Catholic Church. Knowledge of Archdiocesan policies, procedures, structure and programs. Leadership skills. Resource and budget management skills. Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key volunteers.
Compensation: Archdiocesan Scale
Hours per week: Part-time
